We’re sorry to see you go. Use the steps below to request permanent deletion of your Musika account and associated data.
What happens next?
Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address linked to your Musika account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Musika
- Include your registered email and, if known, your username or user ID.
- We will process your request and confirm once your data has been permanently removed.
